Long-standing pillars of the Las Vegas culinary scene, James Beard Award nominated restaurateurs chef Kim Canteenwalla and “uber-restaurant maven” Elizabeth Blau have spent their impressive careers building spectacular restaurants around the world. With resumes that read like a who’s who list of upscale restaurants, casinos, hotels, and resorts; and experiences with some of the biggest names in the game, they are excited to bring their unique taste on farm fresh fare and comfort favorites to their own backyard. When not overseeing their two other restaurants or consulting for an international roster of clients, they are often found traveling, cooking with friends and family, and spending time outdoors. Long time Las Vegas residents, they live in The Lakes with their son and future tastemaker Cole and their two dogs, Brookie and Dodger.
